Chair Massage

Say hello to the perfect wallet friendly option to squeeze self-care into your days! Clients are comfortably seated and remain clothed for the duration of this treatment. Areas treated can include any combination of your back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp.

Registered Massage Therapy

Book this service for relief of pain, tension or headaches, injury p/rehab, improving range of motion, stress management and more. When you arrive, let's discuss your preferences, concerns and goals. Together we will decide which style of massage and amount of pressure will be most beneficial for you. Your RMT is trained in therapeutic, deep tissue, sport, intra oral (TMJ) and more.

Cupping Massage

Take the benefits of Massage Therapy to the next level by incorporating cupping. Predominately fire cupping will be performed, silicone cups may be used as needed. Cupping is not performed instead of massage, rather it is performed in addition. This treatment often leaves (painless) markings behind on your skin. Bio:

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist who is thrilled to have fallen in love with my career. The journey began back in 2010 at Academy Canada Career College, in Newfoundland. (Yes by!) Since then I’ve also enjoyed becoming a sport trainer, Clinic Supervisor at Alberta College of Massage Therapy and having my work published in MASSAGE Magazine.

I’d describe my practice as intentional. The pressure, techniques, areas included, treatment frequency and so on is for a purpose and tailored completely to you. I’m dedicated to continuously upgrading and seeking out new learning opportunities in order to provide the best care I possibly can for you.

Nobody spends more time with you - than you! This is why your input is immensely valuable to me. After each and every appointment, I take pride in making detailed notes about it. This way, we are able to accurately track your progress. Whether your previous visit was days, weeks or even months ago, your preferences will not be forgotten. We will be able to reflect and make any tweaks to what has felt most beneficial for you. I enjoy working together as a team for impactful outcomes.
